Am I able to make a change to an already placed order?

Unfortunately, you are not able to make any change to an already placed order. We ask that you do double check your order prior to finalizing and submitting for payment.

Does Topped with Sugar ship (domestically and internationally)?

Unfortunately, Topped with Sugar does not ship (domestically and internationally). Topped with Sugar is a local bakery only, serving the Memphis metropolitan areas.

What if I have food allergies?

Topped with Sugar is not a wheat, dairy, egg, or nut-free bakery. If a customer has a food allergy, we do not recommend consuming any mini loaves.

How will I get my order? What if I need to change the pick-up time?

A mutual location will be given

Contact us immediately if you need to change the already scheduled pick-up time.

 

What if I need to cancel my order?

Please reply to the email from the order already placed by inserting in the subject line “CANCELLATION ORDER”.

Is there a Minimum order quantity? Do you offer the option to order one item?

We require a minimum order of 6 mini loaves per order.

Unfortunately, we do not have the option to place an order for one mini loaf.

Can I mix and match my order?

Unfortunately, the minimum quantity order of 6 requires the order to be placed for the same mini loaf.

 

Will I receive an order confirmation email?

Yes! If you did not receive it shortly after placing your order, the confirmation email may have ended up in your spam folder, or there may have been a typo in the email address that was provided to us. Please reach out to us if you do not see your confirmation email and we will resend it to you.

 

Are corporate orders accepted?

Yes! The order will be discussed in detail prior to finalization.

How far in advance should I place my order?

Give Topped with Sugar at least 3 days to fulfill your order.  When your order is ready, we will contact you.

What if I'm looking for an item that I previously saw on your menu, but I no longer see it.  

Some of your favorite items may be seasonal or only available for a limited time.  Please follow Topped with Sugar on social media to stay up to date with these seasonal and limited time favorites. We will post when they become available.
