We are dedicated to bringing you an elegantly flavored, perfectly portioned and 100% from scratch mini cake loaf.  We don't use mixes or shortcuts. Every ingredient, from the flour to the final touch of sugar, is measured, mixed, and baked by hand in small batches. It's the only way to guarantee the authentic flavor and texture of a cake baked with care.
